  • Drink for the right reasons. Social occasions and celebrations not to reduce stress or anxiety
  • Drink your beverage slowly.
  • Avoid rapid consumption of alcohol via shots, funnels, and drinking games
  • Never leave your drink unattended.
  • Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration
  • Do not mix your alcohol
  • Do not exceed your limits.
  • Set the max amount of drinks you will consume and stop drinking when you reach your limit
