Getting everyone in the same room for a BOG meeting monthly can be a chore. At Alpha Lambda, we have started using teleconferencing more so that Board members to not have to drive as much. The conference call service is called FreeConferenceCall.com and I highly recommend it. As the title says, it is a free service. The only downsides are the number is not toll free and we have had some issues in the past with Cingular cell phones working correctly. We have been using this service for a year and we're happy with it.
